ESP. Me llamo Ronell Hartman y soy madre de dos hijas increíbles, una emprendedora en serie, un activista de tallas grandes, una mentor de negocios y una técnica de chapa calificada.

He pasado 10 años en la industria de la aviación fabricando aeronaves (ala fija y giratoria) y realizando un mantenimiento importante en aeronaves de fuselaje ancho y estrecho.

El tiempo que pasé en la industria de la aviación altamente regulada y estricta me dio la disciplina y la confianza para aventurarme y comenzar mi propio negocio.

Mi primer negocio es un alquiler de inodoros de remolque móvil, (servicio y negocio de fabricación).

El plan era comenzar la fabricación en Septiembre de 2017, pero tuvo que ser detenido debido a restricciones financieras situación que aún continua por lo que el proyecto está parado.

En 2018 me uní, como accionista, DLS Technical and Engineering, es una empresa de fabricación de acero estructural, con sede en Reiger Park.

Soy una persona de de talla grande y así he sido la mayor parte de mi vida, soy una persona muy sana y trato de mantenerme en forma tanto como puedo, sin embargo, soy consciente de los peligros de tener sobrepeso, por lo tanto comencé el negocio Full-Bulous-Bliss https://www.instagram.com/full_bulous_bliss/ en Noviembre de 2018.

El objetivo de este movimiento es alentar a las personas de talla grande a vivir estilos de vida activos, a salir de sus escondites, ya que la mayoría de las personas de talla grande se sienten excluidas y prejuzgadas, y desafiar así los prejuicios que existen hacia las personas de talla grande.

Mi lema es “mantente saludable y vive sin vergüenza”

ENG.My name is Ronell Hartman a mom to 2 amazing daughters, a serial entrepreneur, plus size activist, business mentor and qualified sheet metal technician. I have spend 10 years in the aviation industry manufacturing aircraft(fixed & rotary wing) and doing major maintenance on wide and narrow body aircraft.

The time spend in the highly regulated and strict aviation industry gave me the discipline and confidence to venture out and start my own business, my 1st business is a mobile trailer toilet rental, service and manufacturing business the plan was to start the manufacturing side by 2017 September it had to be halted due to financial constraints and a tragedy that unfortunately brought everything to a stad still.

In 2018 I joined, as a shareholder, DLS Technical and Engineering, it's a structural steel manufacturing business, it's based in Reiger Park.

I am a plus size individual and has been this way most of my life, I'm a very healthy person and try and keep fit as much as I can, I am however aware of the dangers of being overweight and therefore I started the business Full-Bulous-Bliss in 2018, November. The aim of this movement is to encourage plus size persons to live active lifestyles, to come out from their hiding spots as most plus size people feel ostracized and pre-judged, to challenge the biases that exists towards plus size persons, the aim is to get healthy and not skinny and to tackle the issue of fat shaming.

Ronell is one of our Reiger Park mentors, due to her training, and predisposition helps other entrepreneurs to set up their business plans. It is very helpful and support to have a profile like Ronell, which is for a long time. Come to our II Donation Party on May 30th at Mood Store Barcelona so that we can launch and develop many projects in our Reiger Park Incubator.
