â A few years ago, I read the book âMind and Mindfulnessâ wrote by Daniel J Siegel. This book gave me a scientific vision of #meditation, as being something beyond a religion practice. I need to understand how things work and this book allowed me to learn about brain function and how practicing meditation in #myroutine can improve my concentration, can help my thoughts and can give us greater #happiness.
In my experience, to integrate #meditation and presence in my day to day life reconnects my soul with my body, allows me to feel my emotions and sensations and enabling the management of emotions and reactions better.
IIf you want to increase your knowledge of meditation I recommend you Daniel J. Siegel or Jon Kabat-Zinn books. If you want, you can use the application Headspace which will help you in your meditation routine.
