As she progresses, new obstacles arise, similar to those in 70’s that are currently transported to today... And surprisingly, she discovers that her effort and hard work are not synonymous with achieving success. She is still a Secretary, Advanced in the eyes of many men and women, who are still anchored in the 70’s, united by the same fears and prejudices.

She feels disappointment and frustration at the same time, she can’t understand how a woman can transform and evolve over time, and how this becomes an impediment to achieving success. But at the same time, this learning gives her strength, security and values.

Even today, there are many people permanently looking to the past, meanwhile, others continue to progress, getting rid of labels and looking to the future, like my great friend, the Advanced secretary.
