Meet Aïda Tagmouti, the dynamic entrepreneur recently featured in the Womenpreneur Project by Coachability Foundation. Aïda, a trailblazing Moroccan CEO and Co-founder of JobBee (@jobbee_app), an HR-tech Start-up, is on a mission to unleash the potential of tech talent in Africa and combat the issue of brain drain in her home country.

In recognition of her hard work and unwavering perseverance, Aïda received several prestigious awards in 2023, including the Woman in Africa Young Leader 2023 and being acknowledged as one of the African women leaders playing a crucial role in the continent's revolution. She was also a finalist in the IFC's SheWinsArabia competition for the most promising women-led startups in the MENA region.
Furthermore, Aïda secured the title of the UNDP-4YFN Women Innovator in the Arab States, winning the 3rd edition in 2023. Her achievements extended to being an exhibitor at GITEX Africa 2023 under the Morocco 100 Startups banner.
Aïda's influence didn't stop there; she served as a panellist and speaker at Ambition Africa 2023, focusing on professional training and human resources, emphasizing the need to invest in and bet on the potential of African youth.
